Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Public Works Department, seeks a prime contractor to provide mill and overlay, signal replacements/modifications, ADA improvements, pedestrian refuge islands, traffic signal interconnect, along Dale Street, in the City of Saint Paul. 1.2. Background Information The project consists of construction improvements along Dale Street. The project includes grading, bituminous surfacing, traffic signal revisions and replacements, interconnect, curb ramps, ADA improvements, and utility improvements There are no unique contractor qualifications required for this solicitation. A Bid Bond is a guarantee that the Contractor will honor its bid and sign all contract documents if awarded the contract. The Contractor shall submit a properly executed Bid Bond with its bid response and in accordance with the RFB requirements. A Bid Bond equal to 5% of the Contractor's bid amount, conditioned on the execution of the contract, is required.
