Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Boonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bids are advertised as follows: Project will consist of removing and replacing reclaim augers and conveyors for bins #1-#3 as well as the receiving pit conveyor. The receiving pit conveyor will be updated to a capacity of 15,000 BPH. The reclaim conveyors will be updated to a capacity of 10,000 BPH. The current bucket elevator cannot support any capacity greater than 6,500 BPH. The HCPA will be updating the bucket elevator at later date. The upgraded equipment will need to have the capacity reduced using different pulley combinations to slow the equipment to a capacity of 6,500. If this cannot be accomplished using a simple pulley change it must be noted in the bidders final bid. The full capacity and 6,500 capacity pulley combinations for each piece of equipment must be included. Project includes removal of existing equipment. Project also includes alternate bids for distributor and electrical upgrades. The Project's shall be completed by June 4, 2026 A pre-bid conference is not scheduled for this project. The Howard-Cooper County Regional Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. MO DOT - Grain Updates Project 2
