The work included in this contract consists of paving 1 1/4"hot-mix asphalt binder course and 1 1/4" hot-mix asphalt surface course on an existing bituminous surface, earth excavation (widening) to construct a 4' hot-mix asphalt shoulder with a 1.5' aggregate shoulder, and other miscellaneous construction.
