OC Public Works is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors for Utility Trailers. Bidders are responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and requesting any necessary clarification before submitting their bids. The awarded contract will be between the County of Orange and the selected Contractor, and will be in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions, and scope of work. Only electronic bids submitted through the County's online bidding system are permitted; no other forms of bid submission will be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions provided, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments or exhibits. All questions or requests for interpretation must be submitted within the solicitation's Question & Answer section, and bidders should not contact other County personnel for questions or clarifications related to the solicitation. Bids shall be submitted only for the items and/or services as stated in the Scope of Work, Attachment A of Model Contract; bids for other than the items and/or services listed will not be considered. Trailer Plumbing: a. 20 gallon UV resistant freshwater tank b. 45 gallon wastewater tank c. Polyethylene restroom enclosure
