Procure a one-year service agreement for a Jeol JEM-1400 Transmission Electron Microscope and its accessories/components, including routine and preventative maintenance (up to two visits per year), unlimited telephone support for remote troubleshooting, replacement of several defective parts with OEM parts, repair, maintenance, and calibration services using only JEOL factory-trained engineers, unlimited emergency visits/service with next-business-day response for inoperable incidents, and dedicated account support. Only JEOL USA factory-trained engineers are authorized to provide service due to proprietary technical documentation and to maintain warranty validity. Services by unauthorized third parties are not permitted and could void warranties. The agreement covers the following equipment: JEM-1400 Transmission Electron Microscope, EM-21010 Common Specimen Holder, SEG Side Entry Goniometer, Chiller LX2 Air Cooled—all one each. Vendor must submit all required certifications and be registered in SAM.
