The work under the Contract consists of: 1. All work indicated in the contract drawings and specifications with the intent of replacing air handlers and condensers with new heat pumps and fan coil units in their existing locations; adding supply duct and register; installation of a new gas powered generator on new pad; electrical modifications to connect the new generator and power the new equipment. 2. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the category of work: Prime / Electrical and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed Update Statement (CQ3). Project Number 1355-874741 Estimated Cost $250,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect.
