A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are invited for the City Square Sidewalk & ADA Improvements (CDBG Project No. 1201-24-132-PF-01) to be received at the office of the Mayor in Bruce, MS. Electronic bids may also be submitted through this site. All community development block grant (CDBG) rules and regulations apply, including compliance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Bidders must ensure opportunities are provided to Section 3 businesses and residents to the greatest extent feasible. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to participate and inquire about subcontracting opportunities.
