Project Natural Gas Systems Welding Services. Scope of work includes materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the welding of gas mains, gas services, and gas meter piping in the City of Holyoke and Town of Southampton, MA. The majority of work to be performed will be installation of steel service tees and line stopping fittings on natural gas mains, as well as prefabricated meter set and spool piece assemblies. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. A bid deposit in the amount of $125,000 must accompany all bids. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Payment and Performance Bonds each in the amount of $125,000.
