The major items of work to be performed include the demolition and removal of two Aeration Blowers, demolition of concrete equipment pads, air piping and pipe supports, installation of four owner-supplied Aeration Blowers, furnishing and installation of new concrete equipment pads, discharge air piping, and other minor modifications in Blower Buildings 1 and 2 at the Log College Wastewater Treatment Plant. Blower packages and electrical work will be supplied by the owner. Bids must include a completed Bid Form, Bidder's Qualification Statement, electronic copy of Bid Bond, executed Non-Collusion Affidavit, Public Works Verification Form, and fully executed Contractor/Subcontractor Responsibility Certification Form. Contractors and Subcontractors must meet the requirements of Warminster Municipal Authority's Second Amended Responsible Contractor Resolution No. 24-1, and journeyperson worker(s) who have successfully completed a Class A Apprenticeship Program or registered apprentices are required for the project. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act apply if the estimated project cost exceeds $25,000. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities, and also reserves the right to delete any item or portion of an item in the Contract at its discretion.
