Demolition, site work, new construction and remodeling of a fire / police facility in Vallejo, California. Design plans call for the construction of a 89,700-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility; and for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
The City of Vallejo is advancing planning for a replacement of its police headquarters at 111 Amador St., involving construction of a new three-story main building and remodeling of two existing structures. Current cost estimates are approximately $120 million, and the estimated timeline for construction is 32 to 36 months, with potential opening around 2028. The City Council is scheduled to review financing strategies, including public-private partnership options and state/federal funding mechanisms, as part of a long-term capital plan.
