The Hendersonville Affordable Housing Corporation (HAHC) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified, licensed architectural and engineering firms to provide as-needed professional A/E services in support of planning, design, rehabilitation, reconstruction, mitigation, and construction of HAHC-owned housing and facilities in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This is a qualifications-based procurement conducted in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 (Mini-Brooks Act) and applicable FEMA Public Assistance (PA) procurement requirements. Pricing information shall not be submitted with qualifications. HAHC reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
