Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the Valois Canal Plug as per the contract documents. Longshoreman's Insurance is required for this project and must be included in the bid price. The proposed project must be designed and constructed in accordance with green building standards where applicable.
