Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Auburn, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.

A proposed Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Auburn and the City of Winder to jointly administer the construction contract for the Raw Water Storage Facility. Heavy Constructors, Inc. is the contractor, and construction costs will be shared per the original 2015 agreement, with Auburn responsible for one-third and Winder for two-thirds. GEFA has approved this shared-administration structure, and the IGA ensures contractual rights and warranties apply to both cities.
