Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Odessa, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; five-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility; and parking garage.

Butler-Cohen has issued two Invitation to Bids for the same project. 1) For Award and one 2) For Budget. They have the same drawings and specs but have different submission requirements.  Please note that Building Connected has additional supplemental documents that have to be acknowledged with bid submission. ECTOR COUNTY COURTHOUSE Mechanical | Electrical | Plumbing Structural Concrete | Fire Suppression The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The proposed New Ector County Courthouse is a five-story plus basement civic building located at 300 E. 3rd Street and will occupy a full city block in downtown Odessa, Texas. The 300,000 GSF building will house District and County Courtrooms, Judicial Suites, Jury Assembly, Public Lobby and Screening, Sheriff Operations , Central Holding, Sallyport, County Clerk, and supporting offices. The building facility is classified as Construction Type 1B, Mixed-Use, Non-Separated Occupancy (Groups A, B, I-3) under the International Building Code 2018. A shared Parking structure (permitted separately) will serve the Courthouse from the Basement Level. The Courthouse will front a new Civic Plaza (permitted separately).
