West Bloomfield School District's Board of Education is accepting firm prime contractor bids to provide architectural, steel, fire suppression, and electrical work at West Bloomfield Abbott Elementary School for the Vestibule Remodel Project. Each proposal must be submitted in duplicate on forms provided by the Construction Manager, completed in full, sealed in an opaque envelope marked with the bidder's name and project name, and delivered to the specified address by the deadline. A bid bond or cashier's check of at least 5% of the proposal amount is required for bids in excess of $31,321.00. All proposals must remain firm for 60 days.
