Site work for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The major work will consist of the following: Unit 1: Water Improvements - 2" Asphalt Pavement Type D (925 SY), Cathodic Protection (1 LS), 48" Casing By Other Than Open Cut (335 LF), 12" DIP Water (200 LF), 16" DIP Water (70 LF), 30" Water Carrier Pipe (335 LF*), 30" DIP Water (Restrained Joints) (1145 LF*), 30" Steel AWWA C200 Water Pipe (Restrained Joints) (1145 LF*), 30" Concrete AWWA C303 Water Pipe (Restrained Joints) (1145 LF*). Only one material bid for the project. Unit 2: South Main Gateway Improvements - 2" Asphalt Pavement Type D (7236 SY), 4" Concrete Sidewalk (20,900 SF), 6" Concrete Curb & Gutter (880 LF), Furnish/Install 10' - 14' Washington Standard Light Pole & Fixture LED (22 EA). Unit 3: Bridge Railing Improvements - TxDOT Concrete Structure Repair (Vertical & Overhead) (4,887 SF), TxDOT Concrete Paint Finish (52,650 SF), TxDOT Concrete Rail Repair (48 LF), Concrete Crack Repair (Discrete)(Inject) (573 LF).
