Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Butler County 911 / Coroner Facility Fire Suppression project, ITB No. BOC-2026-01-04. Bidders must submit either a bid bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified or cashier check for ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount. A performance bond may also be required. All forms included with the specification packet must be completed and submitted with the bid, and only the forms furnished by the County should be used. Bids must be sealed, delivered to the office of the Butler County Commissioners, and clearly marked with the bid number and project title. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, accept the bid that is in the best interest of the County, and hold bids valid for sixty (60) days from the bid date.
