Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Butler County 911 / Coroner Facility Building Plumbing project under ITB No. BOC-2026-01-03. Each bidder must submit with their bid a bid bond in satisfactory form in favor of the County in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the bid or a certified or cashier check on a solvent bank in the amount equal to ten percent of the base bid amount. A performance bond may also be required, and a combination bid/performance bond in statutory compliance with the Ohio Revised Code is acceptable. Bidders must complete and submit with their bid all forms included in the specifications packet and must use the forms provided by the County. Bids must be sealed, delivered to the office of the Butler County Commissioners, clearly marked with the bid number and project name, and bear the name and address of the bidder. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, accept the bid in the best interest of the County, and hold bids valid for sixty days from the bid date.
