Run line set, communication wire, power and condensate drain. Use line hide to conceal and provide neat installation. Start-up equipment and tune for optimal performance. Remove Supply run at top of mezzanine Install return box Install return runs to existing wall returns Install supply lines to men's and women's bathroom Rebuild plenum to round supplies Install Mitsubishi SVZ air handler. Install mounting bracket or sling. Startup unit and tune for optimal performance. Unit will be equipped with two stage back up heat strip (10kw). Price includes all material and labor to complete install Inverter technology will provide high efficiency cooling and heating down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit
