Rural Water District No. 3, Washington County, Oklahoma (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WTP Residuals Management Project The Project includes the following Work: Removal of WTP residuals sediment accumulation from Lagoons 1-4 and the panhandle of the raw water lake and distribution across nearby land application sites. Removal methods to be determined by the Contractor which may include isolating lagoon cells, dewatering, mechanical and hydraulic dredging. Haul residual material to land application sites to land apply and use tractors to disk the material into the soil. Four fertilizer applications to land application sites and hay removal 3 times from land application sites within one year period. Repair of the clay lining of Lagoons 1-4 and the panhandle of the raw water lake with 10% mixture of volclay bentonite in the top 12-inches of soil and compaction thereof. Refer to Engineering plans for instructions on access and restrictions for working within the WTP property. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days.
