The general scope of work is to remove and replace the existing roofing at the National City MLK Jr. Community Center located . The scope includes but is not limited to removal of the existing roofing and flashing, cleaning and preparing the roof decking and parapets, installation of new roofing material, installation of curb and wall base flashings, installation of stucco wall and CMU wall coating, and proper disposal of roofing debris. Roofing materials as listed in the technical specifications, will be procured by the City and delivered to the Contractor's storage yard. In conformance with State of California Assembly Bill 2036 complete bid and contract document sets will be available electronically at no cost only at nationalcityca.gov where a link to PlanetBids is provided. It shall be the responsibility of the prospective bidders to download and print the bid and contract documents for review and bid. Bidders shall also check PlanetBids via the link provided at nationalcityca.gov for addenda prior to bidding.
