Bid Packages 2A Demo/Remediation, 9A Gypsum & ACT, 9B Painting, 15A Fire Protection, 15B HVAC, and 16A Electrical/Low Voltage General Prequalification: Bidders Must Be Prequalified by the Construction Manager to Bid the Project. All Bidders Must Prequalify for the Current 2026 Year and Must Submit the Form in This Bid Package. Confirm Your Status With Mindee Hurst. Prequalifications Must Be Submitted a Minimum of 7 Days Prior to Bid. Bid Security: There is 5% Security Required to Bid This Project for Every Bid Package. Bonding: All Bids Exceeding $100,000 Shall Provide Performance & Payment Bonds. Childers Construction Company Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and Waive Informalities in Any Bid. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Bidders shall promptly notify the Construction Manager of all ambiguities, inconsistencies or errors discovered subsequent to Bid Document examination, visit to project site or review of local conditions. All requests for interpretations should be made in writing to the Construction Manager. Inquiries received at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date will be considered.
