The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to provide Dressing and Signage Services at BC Place Stadium (“BC Place”). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Removal or covering of existing signage, as directed by PavCo; 2. Removal or covering of existing decals, as directed by PavCo; 3. Graphic design work for new decals and signage requirements adhering to BC Place standards; 4. Fabrication of signage and decals as required. The successful Proponent needs to be able to produce standard chloroplast signage boards within 48 hours; 5. Design, fabrication and procurement of any required signage stands, frames or structures; 6. Installation of new signage/decals for BC Place and surrounding areas, as directed by PavCo; 7. Installers with appropriate training and equipment to work at heights both within and outside BC Place; 8. Replacement, repair or maintenance of signage/decals/structures, as directed by PavCo; 9. Provision of industry expertise and experience in recommending materials, applications and installation best practices; 10. Any other work required by PavCo to be done at BC Place and stadium-adjacent lands; 11. Rental and coordination of specialty equipment required for installations; and 12. Various other services related to the above.
