As of March 30, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project entails the comprehensive renovation of all eight landside restrooms at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), located on both the ticketing and baggage claim levels (four on each level). Six of these are gang-style restrooms, while two are designated as family restrooms. The scope of work includes selective demolition at each site and the reconfiguration of interior walls to accommodate an increased number of plumbing fixtures. This reconfiguration will require updates to utility services as well as the refurbishment of interior walls, ceilings, and floor finishes. All finishes must align with the standards established in the Concourse B terminal expansion. No exterior work is included in this project. All bids must be submitted electronically via DemandStar. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid is required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. SBE participation goals for this project are set at 7%. Complete PDF sets of drawings and specifications will be provided electronically via email or internet based system from RS&H, Inc., after 3:00PM, January 29, 2026.
