As per the Owner the project has been Postponed due to a Protest. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. The scope of work consists of asphalt concrete pavement reconstruction of Taxiway C and PCC pavement reconstruction adjacent to Hardstands A-E on the South Ramp, including asphalt overlay, storm drain replacement and repairs, 12-inch waterline replacement, and airfield electrical and lighting revisions. Responses to all questions and requests for information shall only be issued by formal addendum and posted to HIePRO. Bidders must submit and upload their complete proposal documents to HIePRO prior to the posted offer due date and time. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered. Any additional support documents designated as confidential and/or proprietary must be uploaded in separate files to HIePRO and should not be included in the proposal file.
