The State of Florida Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the "Department", requests written proposals from qualified Proposers to provide Consultant services for the management and operation of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Six, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Transportation Management Center (TMC). The Consultant will provide management and operational support from the SunGuide Transportation Management Center (STMC), located at 1001 NW 111 Avenue, Miami, Florida 33172, supporting 24/7/365 operations across Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. Services include but are not limited to, real-time traffic and incident management operations across freeways, express lanes and arterials; traveler information dissemination; contract oversight, and support of District Six's ITS infrastructure (the "Contract"). It is anticipated that the term of the Contract will begin on August 1, 2026, and be effective through August 1, 2031.
