Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is soliciting bids for fire casualty loss repairs at Willson Tower. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the CMHA Purchasing Department before the due date and time. Each bid must include a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to CMHA, in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid amount. The work is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in bids when in CMHA's best interest. Bids are firm for 120 calendar days after opening and cannot be withdrawn without CMHA's consent. CMHA is exempt from all taxes. The constructionestimate range for thisprojectis between $66,012.00 - $91,158.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
