The Project also includes the installation of yard piping consisting of 24-Inch Influent Pipe, 8- inch and 12-Inch Drainpipe, Overflow Piping, Manholes, and 6-Inch Reuse Water Main for Washdown. The project also consists of installing a Permanent Bypass Pipe and a 30-Inch Force Main. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % Days to Substantial Completion 240 Total Construction Time 270 Liquidated Damages $1,000 /day late for Substantial Completion, $250 /day late for Final Completion
