Bidders are invited to bid on the existing building demolition and removal. The scope of work shown in the Contract Documents for this bid is limited to the funding available for this portion of the project by the CBDG funding received by the City of Burlingame. The Contract Documents describe a larger scope of work than are required for this bid and the owner reserves the right to construct improvements as funding allows.
