The City of Kenedy is soliciting proposals for Administration Services related to proposed infrastructure improvements to support economic development. The scope includes preparing the EDA Grant Application, and, if awarded, completing all necessary grant administration services. This encompasses project management, financial management, environmental review, real property acquisition/URA, construction management, fair housing/equal opportunity, and audit/contract close-out assistance. All services must comply with EDA Standard Terms and Conditions for Construction Projects, Title II - Subtitle A - Chapter 2 Part 200 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and all relevant local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, and executive orders. Bidders must submit 1 original, 2 physical copies, and 1 electronic copy in a sealed package marked RFP EDA Administration Services to the specified address by the deadline. Minority business enterprises, small business enterprises, women business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms submitting proposals.
