The project consists of vaccing out soil 5 feet from the existing meter to have service lines identified. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective bidders may examine the bidding documents at the issuing office, Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC, during their business hours and may obtain copies of the bidding documents from the issuing office. The Village of Westfield reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the procurement process. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the issuing office.
