To bid, you must be a registered plan holder, which requires either purchasing a paper plan/proposal set from Sibley County Public Works or downloading electronic copies directly from the Sibley County Egram Web Site after obtaining a password from Sibley County Public Works. Each bid must include a bidder's bond, certified check, or cash deposit equal to at least five percent of the bid amount, and an approved affirmative action certification. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to retain deposits of the three lowest bidders for up to sixty days and to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and award the contract in the county's best interest.
