The Board of Tuscarawas County Commissioners, on behalf of the Tuscarawas County Sanitary Engineer, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide preliminary engineering services for the Moravian Trail Road Waterline Extension Project. The proposed project involves the planning and preliminary design of a public waterline extension to serve the Moravian Trail Road area. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), detailed hydraulic analysis and modeling, evaluation of an expanded service area to improve project linear density, and assistance with federal and state grant applications (WSRLA, CDBG, ARC, OPWC). The design must conform to the standards of the Twin City Water & Sewer District (ORC 6119). The Board of Tuscarawas County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to select the firm that, in its sole judgment, is most qualified to perform the required services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
