A sealed lump sum bid is requested for the "EVOC Track" project at the Horicon Regional Center for Moraine Park Technical College. The General Contractor will serve as the Prime Contractor. Prime Contractors must provide a fully completed "Contractor's Qualification Statement" (AIA Document A305) by the specified deadline if not already submitted in the past calendar year. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site is required for Prime Contractors. Sub-contractors for HVAC, Mechanical, Controls, Electrical, and Plumbing are advised, but not required, to attend. Instructions to Bidders, qualification requirements, contract forms, bonds, specifications, and plans are available for review at specified locations, and electronic versions can be obtained upon request. Failure to submit a complete Contractor’s Qualification Statement, including a financial statement, will lead to disqualification. The Best and Final Offer (BAFO) process may be used at the College's discretion and allows modification of any aspect of the bid as long as mandatory requirements are met. The College reserves the right to negotiate contract terms with the selected proposer and, if unsuccessful, may proceed with the next highest scoring proposer. The Owner desires that the Bids from the various Bidders be based on the same criteria without any Bidder taking advantage over another. Therefore, questions regarding conflicts, errors or ambiguities in the Contract Documents will be answered by the Architect and interpretations, corrections and changes of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum
