Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment, and performing all work required for the manhole rehabilitation - phase 1 project. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with power of attorney attached or a cashier's check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to wells branch mud. A bid which, in the opinionof owner's staff, deviates from the contract documents, and which has not been clarified through a written addendum prior to bid submittal deadline, shall be considered an exception to the contract documents and grounds for the bid to be rejected. Prospective bidders should read and understand all terms and conditions contained in the contract documents before submitting a bid. Contract time is of the essence, and all work shall be substantially completed within 150 calendar days after the notice to proceed. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in bids received.
