Sealed Bids Will be received by the Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority, at 205 North 5th Street, Zanesville, Ohio 43701 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid must contain the name of every interested person, firm, or corporation and be accompanied by a bid guaranty to the Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority as described in the contract documents. Bidders who submit a bid must be registered as a plan holder of record at the Issuing Office ("Plan Holder"). Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holder's list may be returned as being non-responsive. The Successful Bidder will be required to submit an affidavit to the Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority that there are no delinquent personal property taxes charged against said bidder on the general tax list of personal property in Muskingum County, Ohio, at the time this Bid was submitted. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening date and time, or not accompanied by a satisfactory bid guaranty, will neither be read nor considered. The Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
