Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 644,486-square-foot, eight-story above grade educational facility.

The Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo requires architectural, engineering, and related consulting services for the design and construction of new atrium lighting at its building located at 955 Main Street, Buffalo, NY. The main feature of the building is a large atrium extending from the second to the eighth floor, which is currently inadequately lit due to the failure of most original lighting fixtures. The consultant will field verify provided information, create base plans for the proposed work, and use University-supplied architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings, along with prior studies and surveys as applicable. Responses to the request for qualifications must include a Letter of Interest, Qualification Statement, Consultant Questionnaire, and any other required information.
