Renovation of a residential development in Tupper Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 120-square-foot residential development.

Renovation of the bathroom. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 45 days of award. This is a NYS Public Works project, and prevailing wages are to be paid. Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of the bathroom renovation, before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Max Gerstenberger Maintenance Supervisor 2. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Bathroom 1-82 is located in RIT 2 a secure area. All necessary procedures must be followed during renovations. An escort will be provided by Facility, and contractors will meet with safety for a presafety meeting on procedures. Renovations will include demolition and construction of the bathroom as described below. The contractor shall be required to provide and install fixtures and finishes as specified. Bathroom 1-82 was equipped for a bather tub in original design. Current Project Scope requires moving existing floor drain and adding wall for privacy and floor pitch to new drain location. Demolition and removals: Remove wall finishes and sheathing (backer bd and/or gyp. Bd.) as noted during site visit. Wall tile approximately 280 Sq/Ft Existing flooring down to concrete subfloor. Approximately 120 Sq/Ft. Existing shower fixtures, vanity, and toilet Miscellaneous items interfering with intent All debris to be discarded legally off premises Materials to be reused shall be identified by owner and safeguarded by contractor All interior wall and floor assemblies’ structural integrity is to be maintained during demolition Existing exhaust fan to be removed and replaced in new location Existing lighting fixtures to be removed and replaced Trench floor for shower drain relocation Removal of bather tub power (surface mount box located on shower wall.)
