Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Sparks, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

The City of Sparks is seeking an experienced and qualified architectural consultant to provide architectural services for the design of a new Sparks City Hall using the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. The project site will be located at 650 Marina Gateway Drive in Sparks, NV. The primary objectives are to enable the evaluation of competitive proposals that will result in an agreement with the City and a proposer that meets the City's requirements. Proposals must be clearly marked with "RFQ Number 25/26-008, for Architectural Services – NEW SPARKS CITY HALL." Submission instructions specify that proposals must be submitted in written, sealed form, delivered to the designated physical drop-off locations. Proposals sent via Internet/email will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal or accept the one deemed in its best interest, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process. It is the responsibility of all potential bidders to monitor the Purchasing Division’s website for updates prior to submitting their proposal. ALL ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS NOT ANSWERED IN THIS ADDENDUM #1 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE PROJECT MANAGER (bcason@cityofsparks.us, 775-353-4083) NO LATER THAN 4:00 p.m. WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 11, 2026. This allows time to address any additional addendum(s) and provide enough time for proposers to finish their proposal by February 18, 2026.
