Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Elyson, Section 75 Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer Facilities, and Reinforced Concrete Paving for Harris County MUD No. 533, Harris County, Texas." Scope of Project: 2,293 LF of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2,144 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 1,835 LF of 24-inch through 36-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 126 LF of 6' X 4' storm sewer boxes and all appurtenances 8,821 SY of 6-in Subgrade Preparation 2,309 SY of 8-in Subgrade Preparation 7,813 SY of 6-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 1,978 SY of 10-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 5,505 LF of Reinforced Concrete Curb Lot Grading (40 lots) A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through online. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500). Question Deadline 02/13/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online, information to Engineer not less than seventy-two hours (72 hours) before the Bid opening.
