CA# 29447 The overall project scope is the renovation of deficiencies throughout international studies preparatory academy, as follow: Site level: resurface and restripe rear parking lot. Replacement of backflow valve. Remove existing marquee sign. Exterior painting (except attached Metal panel assembly). Building - first floor: proposed cover (canopy), bollards and lighting for rear entrance. Provide led wall pack lighting and call button at front Entrance. At garage, replace existing light fixtures, paint walls and ceilings. Building - fourth floor: repair water instrusion (leaks) at selected walls, columns and exposed ceilings (spray fireproofing to be provided where Needed). Building - fifth floor: replace flooring in multipurpose area (gymnasium), partially near terrace. Repair water instrusion (leaks) at selected ceilings. At terraces, provide shade coverage at both existing aluminum trellis; install fans and replace lighting. Install boundary net above terraces ' parapets (as fence protection). Repair terrace deck (waterproofing) and provide flashing and sealant along the joint between the concrete deck and Wall/parapet/curb. Building mechanical system: pre-test and evaluation. Test and balance. Roof: proposed reroofing and replacement of lighting protection.
