Bidders must attend ALL site visits on Tuesday, February 10th and Wednesday, February 11th and sign the attendance sheet in order to submit a bid. The site visit will begin at 9:00 a.m. on BOTH Days. Bidders are expected to travel promptly between sites on both days; there is to be no break or lunch period between sites. 2. The Library will not conduct additional site meetings for Bidders that fail to attend the site visit. 3. The site meeting will begin once the site meeting coordinator collects the sign-in sheet and declares the meeting as started. 4. Bidders arriving after the site meeting coordinator begins the site meeting, will not be allowed to sign in, and their submission will not be considered compliant.
