The scope of the project will include the construction of a new elementary school facility on existing property owned by the Laramie County School District Number One. The existing Arp Elementary School site located in the South Triad will be used for the development of a new K-4 elementary school with a planned capacity of 550 students with the SFD allowable building area of 80,315 gsf. The existing school will be abated and demolished and included in the construction bid packet. The playground equipment will be included in the site design and bid documents. The District will procure the furniture and custodial equipment and will provide oversight of the installation of the FF&E. The District will provide information related to the custodial equipment to be included within the FF&E budget. Est.
