The project includes roadway maintenance on Spring Rose Road, Bobcat Lane, Stoney Ridge Circle, Boulder Court, Rock Ridge Court, Sandy Ridge Court, and Wesner Road, with White Crossing Road as an alternative maintenance project. The work consists of asphalt leveling and overlay, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt seal coating, shouldering, restoration, and incidental construction. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by bid security made payable to the owner in an amount of 5% of the bidder’s maximum bid price in the form of a certified check or electronic bid bond issued by a surety meeting the specified requirements. If the bidder fails to perform as required within 15 days, the certified check or bid bond will be forfeited to the owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
