Award: C.S. McCrossan Construction Inc.: $170,168.61 Culvert removal and replacement underneath a regional trail, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All Plan, Proposal, and Addendum documents are available only through electronic download. Only registered planholders are allowed to bid, and registration requires creating a ConneX account and requesting access to the Carver County One Office server. Question Deadline 02/23/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bids will only be accepted electronically using BidVault. Prospective bidders must purchase bid credits from BidVault and submit a bidder's bond, certified check, or cash deposit equal to at least five percent of the bid amount. The County reserves the right to retain deposits of the three lowest bidders for up to sixty days and to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and award the contract in the best interests of the County. Minimum wage rates and the Work Hours Act of 1962 apply. Bidders must submit an electronic bid and digitally sign all bid submittal documents through BidVault prior to the bid opening time.
