Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of 44 lineal feet of 10-inch pipe sewers and appurtnances to be constructed. Located west of Missouri Route 30 (Gravois) and south of Missouri Route 366 (Chippewa), in the City of City of St. Louis, Missouri Bids will be received only from companies that are pre-qualified by the District for: Deep Sewer Construction City of St. Louis Drain Layers License Required Bids must be in the name of the entity on the approved prequalification submission. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Note NO PREBID The Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost for this project is $218,000.Question Deadline 02/27/2026 The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established subcontractor goals for Building Construction (21% MBE and 10% WBE) and Non-Building Construction (10% MBE and 10% WBE) in the amount of $50,000 or more. Workforce goal requirements of 37% Minority, 11% Women, and 46% Apprentice (when applicable) apply to contracts in the amount of $500,000 or more. The requirements are further explained in the attached Business Diversity Utilization and Workforce Program document.
