Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 497,000-square-foot educational facility.
The project consists of the construction of a new 497,000 square foot High School facility. The Prime Bid Packages for this work are assigned as follows: 1. General Construction, 2. Masonry Construction, 3. Fire Protection Construction, 4. Plumbing Construction, 5. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction, and 6. Electrical Construction. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and requires all potential Prime Contractors and Subcontractors to strictly follow the Pennsbury School District's Responsible Contractor Policy. Instructions to bidders specify that all bids must be hand delivered or delivered by traceable means in sealed envelopes that are clearly marked to identify the New Pennsbury High School Project and the Prime Contract Number. Bids must be delivered by no later than 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 5, 2026, to the Administration Office at 134 Yardley Avenue, Fallsington, PA. Drawings, specifications, and all future addenda may be viewed online and downloaded via Procore after registration. Bidders are advised to check periodically for any addenda or revisions that may be posted.
