Renovation of a conference / convention center in Kenner, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Question deadline is 02/19/2026 as per Addendum 1. The proposed work includes the removal and replacement of the Standing Seam Metal Roofing System at the back of house, storage and delivery area; specifically, Roof Area A (over Hall C) and Roof Area B (over Hall A and B). Additionally, the scope involves the removal and replacement of the Modified Bitumen Roofing System. For Roof Area C (over Meeting Rooms), Roof Area D (over Meeting Rooms), and Roof Area E (over the front Atrium), the work consists of patching and repairing the existing Modified Bitumen Roofing System and providing a new Liquid Waterproofing Membrane System. All bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with Meyer Engineers, Ltd. Copies of Contract Documents for review or for use in preparing bids may be obtained from Meyer Engineers, Ltd upon deposit. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor's license in Building Construction Classification. Bidders may also submit bids electronically by visiting www.centralauctionhouse.com. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Design Professional in writing. Questions received less than ten (10) working days prior to the date for Bid Opening will not be answered.
