The Board of County Commissioners of Logan is accepting bids for the remediation of the Logan County Fairgrounds parking lot located at 1120 Pawnee Avenue, Sterling, Colorado. This work will entail the removal of the current asphalt, possible addition of gravel or crushed concrete to mitigate the high-water table that exists and compromised compaction if needed and the paving of 6" of new asphalt on the west side of the main parking lot of the fairgrounds. This is approximately 85,500 sf of surface area. Work will need to be completed before June 7, 2026.
