The contractor shall provide complete construction services, including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to install patient ceiling lift systems at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center. Work must be performed in full accordance with the project specifications, drawings, and all requirements set forth for Project No. 583-26-509. The effort includes furnishing and installing all required components and performing associated construction activities needed to support the ceiling lift installation within active healthcare spaces. All work must comply with applicable codes, VA standards, and the Davis-Bacon Act wage determination. The contractor is responsible for coordinating site activities, maintaining safety, and completing the project within the required 120-calendar-day performance period following Notice to Proceed.
